Eugenis Steps leading up to an 30 meter (90 feet) high 'gnomon' which casts a giant shadow that moves 4 meters (12 feet) an hour and acts as a sun dial which is still accurate up to 1 second. It part of the Jantar Mantar astronomical complex built in by Maharaja Jai Singh II in 1728.
